She has a vast experience in Market Regulation, Competition and Public Procurement. She has represented clients in a large number of investigations before the Fiscalía Nacional Económica (National Economic Prosecutor) and trials before the Tribunal de la Libre Competencia (Antitrust Court). She has advised, on matters concerning her expertise, companies in retail, telecommunications, electricity, health, transportation, among others, as well as various Government agencies.  She is a postgraduate professor in Competition Law at the Law School of Universidad de Chile and professor of the Orden Público Económico Class at the Law School of Universidad Mayor. Recognized by Who’s Who Legal as one of the expert lawyers in the field of telecommunications in Chile, and recognized by Chambers and Partners in the areas of Telecommunications and Competition in Chile.
